This is where the journey all begins. Your order is compiled and
a work order generated for the shop floor.
From there our factory staff select cut and prepare the raw B.H.P.
Steel for it's journey around the factory.
Our staff then grind and bend the steel to your requirements.
If your job requires, it is placed on "The Jig Rack". This device
is used to guarantee that the end product is within our stringent quality
standards.
In the finishing stages, the steel is prepared and then placed in
the hands of our powder coating team. This team has the most important
job in producing a high quality finished product, that Inneed Of A Fence
has been known for, for years. We use only the best quality powder products.
Now it's time for the oven. Our computer controlled gas oven ensures
perfect results every time.
After the oven the finished product is checked and then packaged
to avoid damage.
In the case of deliveries, they are loaded onto one of our fleet
of modern vehicles for the journey to you the customer.
Our fleet of trucks range in size, giving us greater flexibility
to cater for all size jobs large or small.
